Referrals and Guidelines for Referrers

Do you want to refer to your local Supported Child Contact Centre?

The National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) and its member centres believe it is important for children to develop and maintain a loving relationship with both their parents, wherever possible and safe for them.

Your local Supported Child Contact Centre – Eastleigh Child Contact Centre – provides a safe, friendly and neutral place for children to spend quality time with their non-resident parent – and sometimes, when agreed, other family members too.

To make a referral, a referral form needs to be completed. This together with the referral fee of £75 (made payable to Eastleigh Child Contact Centre) can be sent to Eastleigh Child Contact Centre, PO BOX 534, Eastleigh SO50 0EL.

What you will need to complete the form:

  • An email address
  • The address, email or phone number of the person the children live
  • The dates and details of any court proceedings about your child/children, and dates & details of any convictions that you have

Please note:- The Contact Parent (non-resident parent) has to initiate the process.

  • Before starting the process you should inform the person that the child(ren) live with that you are going to make this application for contact to happen at Eastleigh Child Contact Centre.
  • Once your application and referral fee has been received, the contact centre coordinator will make separate arrangements for you and the parent that the children live with to attend the centre for a pre-visit. This visit will help decide whether Eastleigh Child Contact Centre can accommodate your family.
